Another Texas Standout Likes UF

[MEDIA:32874]<BR>The Florida Gators are recruiting the Lone Star State very hard and many of the top prospects are listing UF. Here is another defensive standout that likes the Gators.

There are many high quality linebacker prospects in the Lone Star State this season. One of the best is Victor DeGrate from DeSoto, Texas. DeGrate, 6-4 and 235 pounds, plays middle linebacker.

"The main thing about me is that I like to be real physical out there," said DeGrate. "I am quick and I have good fundamentals. I rarely miss tackles."

According to DeGrate, he has scholarship offers from Oklahoma, Michigan, Missouri, Alabama, Florida, USC, Arkansas, Texas A&M and TCU

"I want to play for a school where I can get good exposure and win. I want to go to the NFL one day. Right now, I like Florida, Oklahoma, USC, Missouri, Michigan, Missouri, Arizona, Alabama, and Arkansas. At this time, I do not have a leader and I would like to leave the state of Texas. I would like a fresh start because I have been in Texas my whole life."
