Our much awaited Post Signing Day Private Screening finally debuts tonight. It'll give you the exclusive (and sometimes explosive) real insider scoop on what went on behind the scenes during recruiting season. Tune in for part one...
Our first installment will be about all the goings on in recruiting the backfield for the Gators. There was some drama and intrigue involved but in the end, no one could complain about the class the Gators signed.
OK, there is no need to dilly dally. Let's just get right into it. Everyone knows that Ocala Trinity star John Brantley committed to Texas way before he should have. He and his family may not have known it at the time, but the fact that the Texas coaches put a little pressure in that they gave him a quick timetable to commit and he held his spot in that class basically until he knew he wanted to go somewhere else. I know for certain that wasn't the intention, but that is what ended up happening due to the way the Texas coaches pushed the commit now thing.
