. I feel they have the best opportunity for the position that I play. I came in last night for a wedding and decided while I was here that I would tell the staff that I was committing to Louisville. I was able to check out the campus a little bit more today and I pretty much knew the entire time that this is where I wanted to come. I called up head coach Steve Kragthorpe
and coach Brent Meyers are both out of town so I called both of them to let them know and they were both very excited. coach Kragthorpe and I spoke about early playing time and right now he will have to wait and see how things pan out but I am very excited about heading back to Louisville to play football."
Nord, who spent the first four years of his life in the Louisville area has been going back every year to visit friends and family and has thought about playing for Louisville ever since.
"When I was here a couple of weeks ago I wasn't able to see the football facilities and I was able to see it all today and I knew I was sold on the program and school," Nord said. "To get this out of the way is a huge relief so I can focus on my senior season and enjoy the rest of the summer."
Air Force, Miami, Florida, South Florida, Central Michigan and Purdue were some of the teams that were looking at Nord.
