Chambers talked about what he brings to the table each week.
"My game is explosion and aggressiveness," he said. "I am not scared to block or hit. Corners are scared to go against me because I am so much more physical. Many times, they double me but it actually helps our team out because someone is open all the time. We killed them with some other players that we have that are stepping up. We have a lot of talent on this team that no one knows about; we are all students of the game."
On Friday Night Lights:
"It was a great camp, I wanted to go against Patrick Johnson and I never got the chance to go vs. him one on one. It was a very competitive camp. With so many great athletes some guys did not get a chance to go against certain people. I wanted Patrick Johnson and it never happened. I asked Coach Gonzales but I never got that chance. I want to go against the best of the best."
Who impressed you from a defensive standpoint?
"I went against Brandon Harris but got around him good and broke him down on the route and caught the ball and the staff was excited to watch me work against a player of his caliber."
What has the staff told you about what they are looking for at the wide receiver position?
"They are looking for fast wide receivers and they love me and they said that they want to make me a gator. Coach Gonzales has been in touch with me for the last couple of years because they thought that I was a senior but actually I was only a sophomore and won the jugs machine contest so they wanted to offer me then so they have known about me for a while."
What schools have you visited over the summer?
Which schools have offered you at this time?
Which teams have not offered but are showing you a lot of attention at this time?
Everyone is open right now but look for BYU and Maryland to be around in the end. Chambers is going to visit Miami before school starts on August 21. If he gets the Florida offer that would put the Gators on top but he would not make a commitment. Chambers wants to see what happens over the course of his senior season. His best friend is defensive back/running back Kedron Paul who also has offers from some of the same schools and they unlike most package deals look to be firm on the chance to play at the next level together. Chambers and Paul are both doing photo shoots for the Orlando Sentinel over the next 48 hours and should run in Thursday's edition.
