Lots of Suitors for Brown

Still one of the most talked about prospects in the Southeast, Jeremy Brown looks to make his decision early this fall. The Gators will have another chance to lure his services in mid-September during his official visit.

Jeremy Brown is one of the top cover corners from the state of Florida. Brown, from Orlando (Fla.) Boone High School is 5-10, 180-pounds and runs in the 4.45 range. He has the kind of frame that would allow him to add 10-15 pounds and still maintain his speed and athletic ability.

Brown is very explosive from the offensive side of the ball with superior speed, vision and balance. As a junior, he averaged 17 yards per catch and found the end zone six times. He could help a number of teams around the Southeast from the offensive side of the ball but projects as a corner at the next level.

Brown has a wealth of knowledge about the game and knows exactly where he needs to be on any given play. He has all the physical tools that teams look for in corners with his ability to break on the ball, anticipate, closing speed and his change of direction. Brown has been a hot topic on message boards all over the Southeast but in particular with North Carolina, Georgia, Auburn, Notre Dame and Florida.

In case you are wondering, and I am sure that you are, Jeremy Brown will make his official visit to Florida the same weekend that Will Hill is in town, coincidence? I do not think so.
