Robinson Gets Offer

Denard Robinson plays all over the field for Deerfield Beach (Fla.) High School. Robinson stands 6-0, 180-pounds and projects at a number of positions at the next level.

Denard Robinson is looking at a number of schools including LSU, Rutgers, Central Florida, Alabama, Auburn, Wisconsin, South Carolina and Florida.

The Gators recently offered the multi-talented athlete who has run as low as 4.40. Robinson has some other factors that might play a role in the outcome of his recruitment come signing day.

"I have cousins all over the place," he said. "One is at Central Florida but doesn't play football and I get to spend a lot of time with him when I go to the campus. I have another cousin that plays football for Rutgers and another cousin Patrick Johnson who signed this past year with LSU."

While Robinson doesn't pinpoint one position he wants to play at the next level he does say that he would like a shot at quarterback and a few teams have taken notice.

"LSU, Rutgers, Central Florida, South Carolina and Alabama are all talking to me about the quarterback position and Auburn, Florida and Wisconsin all like me at corner back, wide receiver or tailback," he said. "The teams that are looking at me as a quarterback might be a little above the rest but at this point I am all even with all the teams that I am looking at."

Robinson is a very athletic and fast and can play a number of positions at the next level. He plays the game at a very high level and against some of the top competition in the nation.
