Over the last couple recruiting classes, the Gators have had great success at the defensive tackle spot with the the likes of John Brown, Torrey Davis and Omar Hunter. Now, the Gators turn their attention to Louis Nix.
William M. Raines High School standout Louis Nix will make his way to The Swamp on Saturday night to witness first hand the Florida Gators and Miami Hurricanes. At 6-3, 300-pounds, Nix will be one of the most heavily recruited defensive tackles around. I had a chance to speak with his mother (Stephanie Nix) this evening and things are headed in the right direction for the Gators and Nix.
