Brandon Burrows picks up UF Offer

From Marietta (GA) George Walton High School, 6-3, 235-pound defensive end Brandon Burrows talked about latest offer from the defending national champs. Burrows will be one to keep a close eye on moving forward.

"I found out about an hour ago," Brandon Burrows said. "I would say that they are definitely in my top three. I will absolutely take another visit to Florida and it will happen very soon."

"I have been to Gainesville before and I was extremely impressed with what Florida had to offer and the facilities were great," Burrows said. "I see myself fitting in great with the coaches and player. I had a chance to talk to some of the coaches over the phone and they seemed very hospitable. The players are great athletes and competitors that I could see myself fitting in well with."

"As a player, my strengths are my speed, strength, aggressiveness, and quickness. I still have a few things to approve on. Those are working on reading my blocks and playing the line of scrimmage more. I don't know much about the Gators but from what I have seen, I think I would fit in really well with the scheme they run."

Burrows ended his junior season with 24 tackles and nine sacks and has a 400-pound squat, 275-pound power clean and 315-pound bench press.
