LB Talks With Strong

Linebacker Earl Everett now has three favorite teams - Nebraska, Florida and Miami. The senior linebacker prospect also has spoken with new Florida Defensive Coordinator Charlie Strong.

Five-star linebacker prospect Earl Everett now has three favorite teams. Everett is an unreal athlete from Bushnell (Fla.) South Sumter High School.

"Miami and Florida were my leaders but now I really am thinking about Nebraska," said Everett. "It was a good trip and they got me thinking about playing quarterback. I am seriously thinking about that option."

Everett played a little of everything in high school, including quarterback. But he is also an All-American linebacker prospect with unlimited potential. Everett is scheduled to have this weekend off. Then, he visits Florida (1-17), LSU (1-20), Miami (1-24) and Florida State (1-31).

"Miami has such a strong defense and I love the football atmosphere down there. At Florida, the atmosphere is great too. That's a loud stadium. I also talked with Coach (Charlie) Strong and I really liked what I heard. He seems like a great coach and guy."
