Millines to Camp at Florida

One of the best kept secrets in the state of Florida might be wide receiver Darius Millines. Millines from American Heritage High School will camp with the Gators Monday. He is 6-0 and 180-pounds and ran a 4.42 at a recent combine in Orlando.

"I have offers from Wisconsin, Florida, West Virginia, Wake Forest, Minnesota, FIU, Indiana, Colorado State, Buffalo and Alabama," Darius Millines said.

He recently talked about his reaction to the national champs extending him an offer.

"I am going to Florida on Monday and I have been talking to the wide receiver coach Billy Gonzales," he said. "He tells me that he really likes my game and likes what I do when the ball is in my hands. It was a little surprising to me that they offered me this early. I thought they just wanted to talk to me and stuff so when they told me they wanted to offer it took me by surprise. I like the offensive scheme and I will work out for Coach Gonzales and Urban Meyer doing drills and stuff like that on Monday. I am real excited to show them what I can do. Right now I am pretty open but I do like the Gator s a lot but I am open."

Millines has a busy summer planned.

"I am going to a D-1 camp in Miami and I will go to a few others in New York, Philly and New Jersey. The thing I know about Florida is they have one of the top communication programs in the nation and that's exactly what I am looking for. I want to make my decision after the season after taking all of my official visits."
