"I just got confirmation from Coach Brian White last night about the visit and I just got off the phone with Urban Meyer to talk to him about it," Jordon James said. "Coach was telling me how big of a game that is going to be and said that he can't wait to meet me in person."
James is the No. 8 ranked running back in America and weighs in at 5-9 and 190-pounds. As a junior, James ran for 1,135 yards in five games before suffering a season-ending injury. He was named First Team All-League and Honorable Mention All-County. James also plays baseball and runs track (10.6 100m, 22.0 200m, 22' LJ), but only plans on playing football in college. He said he can bench 335-pounds, squat 450 and claims a 39-inch vertical jump.
As a sophomore, James was First Team All-League and Sophomore All-State when he had 217 carries for 1,405 yards and 12 touchdowns.
