Gators Still lead for Trail

Four-star defensive end Lynden Trail talks recruiting and the rest of his teammates are working hard this summer with one goal in mind. The 6-6, 210-pound Trail from Miami (FL) Booker T. Washington is looking to continue a tradition at Booker T. Washington.

"State champs would be the words I would use to describe how the summer is going for our team right now," Lynden Trail said.

With another college football season steadily approaching now is the time most coaches take time to spend with their families and Trail is taking some of that advice as well.

"Right now, just about all the coaches are on vacation so I figured I might as well be on vacation from recruiting as well."

Some things have changed and some have remained the same like the defending national champion Florida Gators still hold that number one spot right now.

"A lot has changed since my USC offer. I took a million pictures of the offer and sent it out to everyone. The knocked Florida State to number three and USC is number two and Florida is number one. I haven't talked to Urban in a minute but I stay in touch with my recruiting coach, Coach Vance Bedford mostly through email and things."

Another SEC team is starting to show Trail strong interest and could shake things up again.

"LSU has been sending me a bunch of letters recently and I hope they offer they would be a team I would l like to check out and they would be in my top five for sure if they offer. I am wide open and it depends on what happens with LSU."
