Brandon Linder is down to four finalists and recently talked about his summer.
"Our summer workouts are going great right now," Linder said. "We workout four days a week, two days lower body and two days upper body. We also run and do Pilates. I think the biggest help for me right now has been the Pilates. On my three off days, I work out with my dad and every day I spin for an hour a day on a stationary bike.
"Our team is looking better than ever and it seems everyday we become more and more unified as a team. I think it is so special because we work when we need to and it is still loose, where it's fun coming to practice but we still get after it. We have just got to take every practice and every game one step at a time.
"I will be making in late July quick trips to my four schools which are Miami, Florida, Notre Dame and Ohio State."
