Thought to be an Alabama lean for some time, it is unclear if Johnavon Fulton will make it to Florida's Friday Night Lights. At 6-0 and 180-pounds, Fulton is one of the most coveted corners in the country.
Fulton talked about his upcoming senior season, improving his game and being the team leader.
"I mean it's always exciting knowing it's your senior season," he said. "With all the hype that goes along with being No. 1 in 2a. It also comes with a lot of expectation and hard work that goes along with it. That is one of the main reason I stopped going to a lot of camps. I felt I needed to be more of a leader on my team and lead by example. Meaning weight lifting and running and I figured I had to be there to do those things.
"I am going to be more involved in the offense this year and I have been working on my return game and cornerback technique. I really want to get better and get my team better to win state. I am trying to keep my college football and high school football separate."
