"After visiting Florida State last weekend, I thought this thing was done and I was going to school there," said Cohen. "Now, I don't know. The Florida visit was just incredible. The atmosphere there is great. It felt like being back at home (at Palm Bay). The team is loaded with guys with great personalities. My host was Ran Carthon and he is one cool guy."
Cohen, 6-3 and 240 pounds, wants to play running back instead of defensive end. Greg Jones was a similar styled defensive prospect coming out of high school in Beaufort, South Carolina a few years back, although he played linebacker. And Cohen says he sees himself in Greg.
"That might give Florida State the edge. I have seen him, the big back work at FSU. Coach Zook told me he wants me for their offense so I can be their big power back. It's going to be a real tough decision and it's getting harder and harder for me and Reggie (Nelson). We both feel the same way.
"I tell you what, for two teams that hate each other so much they certainly have so much in common. They both had rough seasons and it is just a matter of time before Florida and Florida State are back on top.
"Right now, I can't figure this out and I do not know what to do. I guess Miami is next and that will probably be a great visit too. It looks like this will be a Signing Day decision."
