Buie Made a Gainesville Visit over the Summer

Cocoa (FL) dual threat athlete Chevelle Buie is one to watch for the class of 2011. At 5-10 and 165-pounds, Buie with 4.4 speed plays a number of positions, including running back, kick return, punt return and wide receiver.

Chevelle Buie has no current offers at this time and will play any position he needs to at the next level to make an impact.

"I feel I have good vision on the field but can improve more in all areas because I never stop learning. I don't have any visits set up but have been receiving mail from the running backs coach at Florida. I would fit in good with what they do because of the zone plays with the cutback. The possibility of being a part of a dynasty and obtaining some rings is very exciting.

Buie did visit Gainesville for Friday Night Lights.

"I did attend FNL, it was a huge experience, learned many new things along with some techniques on how to improve my game and just had a good time."

Buie will look at a number of factors including which program fits him best, playing time as a freshmen and the overall atmosphere.
