At 6-0 and 182-pounds, quarterback Josh Grady from Seffner (FL) Armwood is drawing interest from around the Southeast.
"I have received interest from Michigan
, Iowa State
and North Carolina
at this time."
talked about his strengths and the position he could play at the next level.
"I play quarterback but feel as if I can play safety. My strengths are that I know the game and have the necessary intangibles to be successful in this sport. I think I need to work on my footwork and basic throwing motion."
This past summer Grady attended three camps.
"I went to the North Carolina camp, Urban Meyer quarterback camp and the FSU camp. I loved my experience at Florida because all of the coaches seemed to know what they were talking about and are very knowledgeable. I would love to run the Gators offense, because they run the same type of spread that I've ran since my freshmen year. I think I would be a big asset to the Gator offense, if I were blessed enough to go there."
Program record, academics, location, offensive style, and playing time are the factors that Grady will use in determining his decision. He also has a sister that attends Florida and has been on campus several times.
