"I am going to be a Gator," said Riley. "It was a really tough decision but I prayed about it last night and God and the Gators were in my heart."
Riley, 6-4 and 260 pounds, was also considering Pittsburgh and Louisville. He is a DL prospect from St. Petersburg (Fla.) Lakewood High School. Riley could play end or tackle at UF. To him, it doesn't matter because he just wants to play.
"I have never won a ring. I like jewelry and I want a couple rings before I leave Florida. I just want to go to Gainesville and "ball out" and prove myself. I want to be a freshman All-American. I love the guys we are bringing in. That's exciting. Florida is also a place of big-time football. I want to play for championships and I can't wait for the rivalry games against Florida State, Georgia, Tennessee and the others. I just can't wait."
