Drew with Options

Four-star defensive end prospect Ray Drew has helped Thomasville (GA) Thomas County Central to a 10-1 season. At 6-5 and just under 230-pounds Drew is leading the region in quarterback hurries. The strength of his game is his passing rushing ability and power off the edge.

Ray Drew creates matchup problems for opposing offensive tackles with his burst and athletic ability to get to the quarterback on any given play.

Earlier this season he was at the Florida State/Miami game and plans to attend the Georgia/Georgia Tech as well as Florida State/Florida games later in the season. The only issue will be which game will he attend with both being in two weeks.

Drew lists the following schools with offers at this time -- Georgia, Georgia Tech, Florida, Florida State, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, North Carolina State, East Carolina, Duke and Tennessee.

Currently Drew hears mostly from three programs with Florida, Georgia and Florida State showing the most early interest.
