Clowney Eyes Two

Jadeveon Clowney could be the top ranked player in the state of South Carolina for the class of 2011. At 6-5 and just under 240-pounds the name of his game is speed. A true pass rushing defensive end, Clowney has two teams at the top.

From Rock Hill (SC) South Pointe High School Jadeveon Clowney has the Florida Gators and the South Carolina Gamecocks as his early leaders. He has been to South Carolina several times and wants to get to Gainesville to see what the Gators have to offer and could attend in two weeks as the Gators host the Seminoles.

A Carlos Dunlap type of player, Clowney holds offers from some of the nation's top programs such as Florida, LSU, Miami, Maryland, Clemson, Michigan, North Carolina State, South Carolina and UCLA.

Clowney was in Athens for the Bulldogs home opener. Jadeveon Clowney is a name all recruiting fans in the nation should get to know.

"They are in my top two (Florida); I like them."

South Carolina is the other early favorite and could have the inside track for one of the nation's top junior's.
