At 5-11 and 193-pounds and blessed with sub 4.4 speed, Mack Brown can do it all from the tailback position. Brown can go inside or outside, around or through and sometimes over defenders.
He has incredibly quick feet and gets in and out of tight spaces and rarely takes clean shots. Brown runs with power and at 193-pounds could easily carry another 15 pounds over the next 12-18 months putting him roughly around 210-pounds.
A 210-pound running back with his speed and vision will make for a dangerous combination at the next level. He loves contact but excels in space and will be a perfect fit with what the Gators like to do on the offensive side of the ball. Brown often faced eight and nine man fronts this past season something he won't see often at the next level allowing him to find the creases and accelerate to open space. Once in open space the end result is six.
With each team carrying only two running backs this week Brown should get ample opportunity to showcase his skills on a national level against the very best high school football players.
