UA Preview: Leon Orr

Four-star defensive tackle Leon Orr stands 6-5 and 310-pounds. From New Port Richie (FL), Orr has tremendous upside at the defensive tackle position to go along with freakish athletic ability.

Leon Orr has run as low as 4.8 and used his exceptional speed for a man of his size to good use creating mismatches from his tight end position. He lacks only the technique at the defensive tackle position and will receive the necessary instruction from defensive line coach Dan McCarney. This week would have been great for Orr as he goes up against some of the nation's top offensive linemen.

Unfortunately he will miss the game with an injury that has kept him on the sidelines for the last several weeks.

Orr is one of the most unselfish players you will come across. He doesn't care if he plays defensive tackle, offensive tackle, safety or tight end. He is obviously most familiar with the offensive line but understands he has the ability to play different positions at the next level.

Orr is on track to enroll early at the University of Florida but don't expect to see him on campus January 4.
