Curtis Grant Impressed with Gators

The Florida Gators are in on some of the best linebackers in America for the class of 2011, one of which is Curtis Grant. Grant, the nation's No. 2 ranked outside linebacker and five-star prospect according to gave the latest.

Curtis Grant made the trip down from Richmond (VA) Hermitage last week and checks in at 6-3 and 215-pounds.

"The facilities were great. I had a great time chilling with those guys in person and meeting with the players. I got there Wednesday around 4:00. I went straight to practice and those guys work hard very intense practice and Coach Meyer has high expectations. He won't let you slack off. You practice how you play. They have those two national titles since he has been there and that's what they shoot for.

"They told me that I could play early and we were just trying to get to know each other. We were just bonding. I am going to try and get back down there but I don't know when. Everything was great. I saw some new things and hung out with the players and got to know them all and was a real fun experience."
