Corian Hamilton One-on-One

Corian Hamilton checks in at 6-2 and 213-pounds with 4.58 speed. From Orlando (FL) Olympia, Hamilton holds offers from Michigan State, Illinois, Ole Miss, South Florida, Purdue, Memphis, Connecticut, Texas Tech, Louisville and Rutgers.

"I've been to South Florida for their junior day and loved the facilities and the coaching staff. South Florida has a great program. I have been to Miami for a Nike camp and saw the weight room and practice. I loved what I saw at Miami. I have also been to Florida for a couple of games and the spring game but have not seen the facilities. I attended Central Florida for junior day. I really don't have plans for taking trips over the summer but if something comes up I will take a trip to a school that is interested in me. South Florida, Illinois and Louisville are the teams showing me the most interest."

Hamilton has set high standards he expects to live up to them.

"I plan to break the Orange County record for interceptions this year and I also plan to get my team out of the first round of playoffs, and make it to states also plan to attend a all-star game such as Army or Under Armour... and in order for my team to make it to states we have to come with an swagger and a killer mind that will let everyone know Olympia is serious this year. My overall strengths as a player is reading the quarterback and being a ball hog, because if I can't get the ball no one will. The position I want to play in college is free safety because I love being the last man standing back there because it gives me a lot of opportunities to break someone in half or take it back for 6. What I do better than any safety is get after the ball at all times because if I don't get it no one will. I need to improve on my footwork.. and getting bigger."

Hamilton's thoughts on the University of Florida.

"Florida has some of the greatest players that comes through their program. Their coach staff is always on point and always aggressive and don't take it light on anyone. The Swamp is a great place to play and their fans are crazy and are for their team and always showing love. Florida is a great place to play at."
