Walsh a Wanted Man

The nation's No. 3 ranked offensive guard is Jordan Walsh. He checks in at 6-4 and 280-pounds from Glen Ellyn (IL) Glenbard West. Walsh holds offers from Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Duke, Purdue, Northwestern, Boston College, Iowa, Michigan State, Michigan, Minnesota, Connecticut, Vanderbilt, USC, Wisconsin, UCLA, Colorado, Nebraska and Tennessee to name a few.

A host of schools have visited Jordan Walsh during the evaluation period.

"A majority of the schools that I have offers from along with Notre Dame, Ohio State and the University of Florida and all have gone well."

Walsh does not have spring football but has been very busy.

"This spring I have been really busy with track, working out with my trainer, and studying for the ACT."

"The University of Florida has consistently been one of the best football programs within the NCAA. They seem to always recruit the best of the best players and continue to develop those players. When records are broken for the number of players you put into the NFL, you know player development is a priority. I have never seen a game in The Swamp, but have watched a number of their games on TV. It seems like their fans are fanatics. I was amazed to find out their home record, within the last 20 years is 106–13, crazy."

Walsh talked about one that has gone above and beyond.

"I would have to say, Northwestern is showing the most love at this time. They gone far and above to make sure I would feel comfortable with the players, academics, and the campus."
