"It was fun it was my first time at Friday Night Lights," Curt Maggitt said. "It was a new experience and great to be out there working out. I thought it was going to be set up differently but it was great and I got a good workout in."
Maggitt has visited Florida more than any other school and he becomes more comfortable each time he speaks with the coaches.
"I learned a lot of things from coach McCarney. I have a good bond with Coach McCarney and have met him a few times he is a great person with a bunch of energy."
Maggitt has worked very hard this offseason and it was easy to see as he appeared noticeably bigger last night.
"Right now I am 215 pounds and might look to get to 220 or so but I am not really worried about that right now."
Not every recruit was able to get attention from the head Gator, but Maggitt did draw his fair share of interest from Urban Meyer.
"I had a friendly conversation with Coach Meyer and he is such a great guy. I am getting more comfortable each time we talk. Florida stands real good with me because I have such a good relationship with all the coaches and I have been there more than any other schools so they have an advantage."
For Gator fans that think this one could be over quickly you may want to buckle up for the long haul as this one could take more time.
"It's really no one in particular but I want to see a bunch of other schools and see what's out there. I want to see what I like and what I don't like. I want to see a bunch of schools in the ACC and the SEC like North Carolina, Tennessee and then Wisconsin just a bunch of different teams."
