"My favorite part of the summer was the 7-on-7, particularly the Lassiter tournament," Zack Blaylock said. "We played seven games on Saturday with no lunch or break and came in second. My brother Daron didn't get to play in the last two games against Kell and Lassiter because of a deep thigh bruise or I believe we would have won it all. I got to cover Tennessee commitment Brian Randolph and I got an interception to end the game. He is a great player."
Zack is the twin brother of Daron Blaylock who plays defensive back and running back for Walton. Both players are in the class of 2012.
"Practice is going very good and I'm playing wide receiver as well as free safety. We scrimmage Norcross next week and I look forward to the challenge because they always have D-1 receivers."
