Stock Report: Nelson Agholor

Nelson Agholor, a 6-1 and 180-pound wide receiver/safety from Tampa (FL) Berkeley Preparatory School, is one of the Southeast's best for 2012.

Nelson Agholor is coming off back-to-back impressive seasons. As a freshmen he ended the year with more than 1,400 all-purpose yards and five interceptions on defense. Last season, it was more of the same for the talented junior who eclipsed 950 yards rushing, 14 touchdowns, 239 receiving yards with three touchdowns, 31 tackles and four interceptions.

He is being looked at on both sides of the ball, wide receiver for offense and free safety for the defensive side, but if you talk to Agholor he will tell you it does not matter. He simply wants to see the field and help his team win by doing whatever he can.

Florida, Georgia, Notre Dame, South Florida and USC are just a few of the teams that have extended offers to the two-way Tampa standout.

Agholor has visited the University of Florida three times and is building strong relationships with not on wide receiver coach Zach Azzanni, defensive line coach Dan McCarney but the head Gator Urban Meyer.

Agholor is one to watch and is clearly a top 25 type caliber player in the state of Florida for the 2012 class.

Stock Report has been on the rise and continues to climb throughout the southeast from many of the powerhouse programs.

Berkley Prep opens the season this coming weekend vs. St. Pete Catholic.
