Florida S names three

Raheem Mostert is a standout safety prospect from New Smyrna Beach High and Scout caught up with him to discuss the latest.

Raheem Mostert has helped his Cuda team to a 2-1 record so far this season.

"It's going good so far. This last loss, we just need to tighten up and come harder next week."

Moster, 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds, plays safety and receiver for NSB and has been their best player through the first three weeks of the season. He's hoping some offers come his way soon.

"No offers yet but South Florida came out to watch my last game. I really like their program a lot and I would love to go there. Wake Forest, USF, and Middle Tennessee have called me."

Mostert talked about what he'll be looking for in a school.

"It's pretty much academics, I want to keep my education going and stay ahead."

The standout safety, who claims a 3.2 GPA, talked about what he likes about each of the schools.

"I like Wake Forest program most. Middle Tennessee, I like them too. I like how they just came up to me and seen me. I really like the classes they have over there, I heard a lot about them."
