USAAAB: Bold Predictions

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- The Scout.com team in San Antonio, Texas at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl makes some predictions on what they will see out of the players this week.

Greg Powers

"The monster that is Viliama Moala will come in to the game and carry the torch for what is traditionally a great West defensive line. He will walk away being considered as the top DT in the country."

Steve Robertson

"This week will one way or another determine whether or not Tim Jernigan is or isn't the number one defensive tackle in the country. Matching up with level of talent will give everyone a true assessment."

Josh Harvey

"Rodney Coe is slotted to play linebacker in the contest and he would prefer to play running back. There was talk he might not show, but if he does have to play linebacker he will have a chip on his shoulder."

Allen Trieu

"I think Kentuckian Lamar Dawson will establish himself as one of the best defensive players on either roster."

Erin Hartigan

"I think Bubba Starling will definitely surprise people with his speed. He is so tall you would not think he is blistering fast, but he is going to be one of the best athletes in the game."

Kevin Flaherty

"Over the course of the week Jaxon Shipley will prove that he is flat out one of the most talented receivers in the country, and not just because his name is Shipley."

Greg Powers

"With guys like Kenny Hilliard, Jermauria Rasco and Greg Robinson starring in the game the state of Louisiana will prove that it has as much top end talent this year than any other state in the country."

Steve Robertson

"I had the chance to see Jonathan Rose at the Miss-ALA game and that has me even more excited to see him on the big stage. After this week he is a guy who could jump in to the Scout300."

Josh Harvey

"I did not think J.W. Walsh performed as he would have liked in his final two prep games. It will be interesting to see if he can bounce back in a tough situation like this or will that game haunt him."

Allen Trieu

"We bumped Jake Keefer up to four stars recently and even though he is not getting as much hype as the other players here he will prove that he deserved the bump."

Erin Hartigan

"Tony Morales is a big boy but for his size he will impress people with his athletic ability. Feet, hands and lateral movement."

Kevin Flaherty

"I think that Whitehouse wide receiver Trey Metoyer will show that the Longhorn staff made a huge mistake by not offering him a scholarship."

Greg Powers

"Austin Seferian-Jenkins is nationally rated as tight end, but because of his size and frame he will turn out

Steve Robertson

"Ray Drew is a guy who looks like he destined for the SEC and he is one of the guys who has a ton of recruiting fan interest. Perhaps this week will give us some insight on he is thinking for his college future."

Josh Harvey

"George Farmer is the perfect blend of height and speed and this week he will show that he is the best wide receiver in the country."

Allen Trieu

"Ohio State's defensive line class has by all accounts don very well during the all-star season and I think Michael Bennett will continue that at the Army game. Where he will show he is without a doubt a defensive tackle on the next level."
