Quick Hitter: Trevor Stevens

Tight end Trevor Stevens is a Texas recruit who continues to impress and we discovered he had another offer.

Scout.com analyst Ahmard Vital spoke with Trevor Stevens, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound tight end from Friendswood High in Texas at a photo shoot event.

During the interview he disclosed that he had an offer from Iowa State and schools like Rice, Mississippi State, Arkansas and Boise State were showing a heavy interest.

When he got back home he had found out that his offer list had grown and it was another school from out-of-state who jumped in the game.

"That same night of the VYPE photo shoot, Trevor was contacted and offered by Boise State," Stevens' father Eric informed.

Last season, Stevens caught 12 passes for 161 yards and four touchdowns. He also played on the defensive side of the ball.
