Several schools have taken notice of Haack, and he has received four offers so far.

"I have been to camp at Texas Tech, Houston, and Kansas. Right now I have offers from North Texas, ULL, Wyoming, and Texas State. I am enjoying the whole recruiting process right now."

Haack is a very smart young man and is looking at the big picture as well.

"I am looking for somewhere I can go and live for four or five years. Somewhere I can fit in. I am looking for a place with a great atmosphere for me and my family. I want to find a place that I can live and work after college and be a part of the community.

As far as the Ragin Cajuns are concerned, Haack got a chance to see them up close.

"I went there and visited with my sister Matte. She is transferring from Arizona to play softball for UL. It would be a very big thing to play at the same school as her. It would be huge for both of us and our entire family. I got to talk to Coach Muniz, my recruiting coach, and Coach Hud. They offered me a scholarship. I can tell Coach Hud is building a great program and putting in alot of good stuff there. I can see the excitement in the players and the coaches. I can tell Coach Hud is building something special. I know for a fact that its a place I can go to and be successful.

As a Jr, Haack passed for 1531yds and 17tds with just three Ints. He has a QB rating of 110 fir the season.
