Burrows Discusses Bama Visit

Trotwood-Madison has a reputation for producing Division-I college football players, and the Ohio school is loaded once again, especially in the class of 2013. Cameron Burrows is not only one of Ohio's top juniors, but also one of the highest-rated in the Midwest. Burrows is on a bus tour with his head coach, and one of their stops was at Alabama last Monday.

Cameron Burrows is one of the top prospects in the Midwest for 2013, and the Trotwood (OH) Madison defensive back is currently on tour of the South with his coach and four teammates.

With ten offers to his credit, Burrows (6-foot-2, 195-pounds) is hoping to use this tour to hopefully add more, and he discussed his camp experience at Alabama. He holds offers from Notre Dame, UCLA, Ohio State, Tennessee, and others.

"It was a great place to be at and I really enjoyed being there," Burrows stated. "I did well in everything we competed in, and I ran a 4.4 forty time. I talked to their coaches and they were great, especially Coach (Nick) Saban. They were supposed to have a coaches meeting later on, and they were going to let my coach know about an offer."

"Alabama is a school I'd definitely be interested in, and I'd love to have that offer," he added. "The Alabama camp was very similar to Ohio State's camp, and it was very intense out there. The players were very competitive, and the coaches kept everything very up-tempo, which I liked."

Burrows and his teammates will be seeing several programs over the next week, including Vanderbilt, Tennessee and Kentucky, before finishing at Cincinnati.
