Brandon Holloway visited a pair of SEC schools last weekend in hopes of gaining some clarity about his college future. After taking a couple of days to absorb all that took place during those visits, Holloway has made his college decision.

"I have committed to Mississippi State," said Holloway. "I just got off the phone with the coaches there."

Brandon explains that after spending some time on campus that he felt Mississippi State was the best place for him.

"I just love the coaches there and the offense," said Holloway. "They are a program that is on the rise and I am excited to be a part of it."

During his visit to Mississippi State, Brandon was able to spend some time talking with Coach Dan Mullen about he plans to use him on offense.

"They want me to play sort of a scat back, slot receiver role sort of like what Percy Harvin played at Florida when Coach Mullen ran the offense there," said Brandon. "He was real excited about me committing there and he told me that they have a plan to get me the ball."

With his college decision now final, Holloway reports that he is done visiting college campuses.

"I am done with all of that now," said Holloway. "It's all about Mississippi State now. I am just excited about being a Bulldog now."

Brandon chose the Bulldogs over offers from Arizona State, Ball State, Colorado State, Florida International, Iowa State, Middle Tennessee State, North Texas, South Alabama, Temple, Toledo, Troy, UAB, Vanderbilt and Western Kentucky.

Holloway is the 13th pledge for Coach Dan Mullen and his staff towards the 2012 signing class.
