Florida WR has top schools

DeAndre Jasper is a standout wide receiver prospect from Miami Jackson HS.

"We started practice. We looking real good, especially on the offensive of the ball. I'll also be playing safety too," said DeAndre Jasper.

At 5-foot-9 and 180 pounds, Jasper talked about his summer.

"I just attended three camps -- FIU, Alabama, and Tennessee. FIU offered me. The other two wanna see my first game before doing it. We have a kickoff classic. The first regular season game is against Krop."

With over a dozen offers, Jasper has a few schools that jump out to him right now.

" I don't know yet. I like Auburn, UCF, Florida State."

Auburn -- I just like it there. I have a good connection with the coaches there. It feels like home.

UCF -- I have a good relationship with Coach Kelly. He's been recruiting me for awhile. My sister attends UCF.

Florida State -- It's a big program on the rise and I can go in there and help. One of my former teammates say they really want me and stuff."

Jasper just wants to feel at home.

"I wanna find a school that makes me feel at home, where I can get along with the coaches good, and have a chance to play," he said.
