Shittu Selects Three

Four-star defensive lineman, Aziz Shittu from Atwater (Calif.) Buhach Colony discussed the three schools that are at the top of his list.

Aziz Shittu, the four-star defensive lineman from Atwater (Calif.) Buhach Colony is pumped up for the season and is ready to make some big contributions.

"I am pretty excited, it's my senior year. My main goal is just to win as many games as possible and to first win sanctions and then state. I want to improve from last season and go get it this year," said Shittu.

Shittu has a lengthy list of offers. Overwhelming as it maybe, Shittu is calm and collected and enjoying the process.

"I have received 25+ offers. Currently, Texas A&M, Nevada and California are the three schools who are standing out to me," said Shittu.

Shittu went on and discussed the specifics of each program.

Texas A&M- "They are showing me a lot of love and saying that I will be able to play early which would be a nice thing to have happen. I am considering taking an official there this fall. I would like to be there when they play Oklahoma State that will be a great game."

Nevada- "I like their whole program. They have been recruiting me since I was a sophomore which was before I had received any other offers. I really like the coaching staff, the whole environment and the feel I get from the coaches. I will probably take a drive there soon for a visit, so I can see the school up close, since it is so close by."

Cal- "I took an unofficial visit there last week and watched one of their practices. I like the way things are run at Cal, they have a nice tempo and intensity. I really like their defensive line coach Tosh Lupoi. I know going to Cal would provide me with a great education."

Shittu is in no hurry to make a decision.

"No timeline right now, I am just enjoying the process," said Shittu.
