WR Mike Williams Profile
The Lake Marion High School junior holds offers from Clemson, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia.
Though he's yet to make any visits this fall, there are a few destinations in mind.
"Clemson, USC, Georgia, that's about it," Williams told CUTigers.com recently.
Clemson, South Carolina and Georgia also happen to make up his top-three.
"They're all kind of the same," he said.
Williams spent time in Clemson this summer for the Dabo Swinney Football Camp.
"I liked the campus and how they're building the new facilities and their athletes," he said. "I got to talk to the coaches, coach [Jeff] Scott. I worked one-on-one with him."
Working with Scott was a positive experience.
"He was cool. I really like him a lot. He's a good coach," Williams said.
The 6-foot-4, 185-pound junior shared a few thoughts about on his three favorites.
Clemson: I like how they have their athletes up there working hard in the weight room.
South Carolina: I like their coaching staff and their offense, too.
Georgia: I like coach [Tony] Ball. He's a good coach. He had me out there working hard, taught me some stuff I didn't know for this year.
As a sophomore, Williams caught 42 passes for over 700 yards and five touchdowns, and threw for 450 yards and three scores.
