Introducing 2013: OLB Caleb Jackson

Cerritos (Calif.) Gahr outside linebacker Caleb Jackson discussed Gahr's win, his strengths on defense and the programs he would like to hear from.

Caleb Jackson, the junior outside linebacker at Cerritos (Calif.) Gahr had an impressive performance in Gahr's matchup against Cerritos (Calif.).

"We all played really well. Offense did well, but on defense we had a couple mistakes but we will coach that up and do better next week," said Jackson.

Jackson discussed his unique traits as a linebacker.

"Obviously, I am small guy but I use my speed to get to the quarterback and make tackles. I always go out there and just try my best," said Jackson.

Jackson is getting after it this season; he is determined to prove he has what it takes to continue playing football at the next level.

"One of my dream schools is USC. I would love to go there and play football, but honestly, I have an open mind right now, I am just waiting to see whatever else comes my way. In the meantime, I need to play my best and be continuing to get better, by making more tackles, sacs and maybe even get some interceptions," said Jackson.
