6-foot-6, 260 pound junior Ben Flick says that what sets him apart on the football field is his technique. It's that attention to detail that is bringing the offensive lineman into the recruiting spotlight. While Flick hasn't picked up his first offer yet, he has been hearing from several schools.
"I've been talking to Duke, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Purdue and West Virginia."
Flick has already attended two Ohio State games and truly enjoyed the experience.
"It was a very exciting experience. The atmosphere was great. Everyone was just pumped. The environment was amazing. It was just all so exciting. Ohio State is known for their fans."
The junior has also attended a Ball State game and is hoping to make it to Miami (Oh) and Duke as well.
Flick admits that his family has always been Ohio State and Notre Dame fans, but that won't influence his decision when he's ready to commit.
"I don't have any favorites right now. I want to major in Business, so I would look into schools that have that option. Ohio State and Miami (Oh) have some of the best Business programs in the country. Distance won't really be a factor."
