"My visit to Notre Dame was great," the 6'1, 222-lb Love said. "It was an awesome experience for me despite the tough loss. They fought hard to stay in the game it was just a matter of who wanted it more. That being said, the coaches were warm welcoming."
Love says the Irish coaches spoke to him and the recruits and what they had to say resonated with him.
"They are the type of coaches that get straight to the point. They told all the recruits that were there that if we don't love the game of football, then Notre Dame isn't the right place for us, as well as getting after it in the classroom also."
Currently, Love holds an offer from Nebraska, but schools from across the country are sending him mail and showing him interest. He hopes to head back to South Bend eventually too, and when he does, he would like to speak to the coaches more.
"I didn't talk with the coaches to much because there were a lot of seniors there on their official visits, which the coaches explained to the junior recruits and one sophomore recruit, but overall, everyone and everything there was awesome I can't wait to get there again."
This weekend, Love will check out another school that has been recruiting him throughout the process.
