Alabama Visitors: In-depth look

There are more top recruits attending the game Saturday night in Tuscaloosa than you will see at any college game this season. Andrew Bone has all the latest news about the top players who have the hottest ticket in the country for the match-up between the Tide and Tigers.

Official visitors

Most of the official visitors will not arrive until Saturday. The University of Alabama welcomes at least seven players for their official visits. The nation's No.1 prospect, Arik Armstead, headlines the group of superstars. The 6-foot-8, 275-pound athlete is easily spotted above other recruits on the sidelines due to his massive size.

Eddie Goldman, five-star defensive tackle from Washington, D.C.-Edison Friendship, will take an official visit this weekend. Goldman scheduled the trip late this week.

Alabama will also welcome five-stars for officials in Jordan Jenkins, Landon Collins and Avery Young. The nation's top tight end who recently committed to Florida, Kent Taylor, arrives for an official visit. Top junior college cornerback Travell Dixon will take his first official visit. Tide commitment Amari Cooper, who will graduate in December, will also take his official this weekend. Noor Davis, Stanford commitment, is slated for an official.
