"With the way we play so fast, I think we can get them tired. We're not going to overlook anyone. If we play the way we're supposed to, I don't think anyone can play with us."
The Lumberjacks ramped up the intensity at practice this week.
"Coach (Tommy) Minton had us going ones vs. ones," said Stewart. "Earl Andrews was at slot receiver, and he and I were going at it. (Four-star LB) Lorenzo (Phillips) was at running back where he and (inside linebacker) Tremaine (Lightfoot) could hit each other. (Three-star WR) Jaydrick (Declouet) played quarterback against the first-team defense."
Both Stewart and Declouet are committed to Houston. Patterson (9-0) has outscored its opponents by a mind-boggling 461-55 margin.
