Lisle Excited About Weekend

With his junior season completed Evan Lisle is looking to make a few game day visits. The Ohio offensive lineman tells us where he's going this weekend and about getting his first offer.

With Notre Dame coaches working to get Centerville (Ohio) linebacker Ifeadi Odenigbo into the fold for the class of 2012, there is another prospect from the Southwest Ohio program on the Irish radar.

Evan Lisle visited Notre Dame this past summer before the start of his high school football season. While there, Lisle came away impressed by the Irish facilities and the high academics offered. Now, Lisle is looking forward to seeing what the Irish have to offer on game day.

"I'm going up to Notre Dame for the Boston College game," Lisle told Irish Eyes. "I've not talked a lot with coach (Tim) Hinton, but I sent him a message about coming up with our season over and this weekend worked out best."

While Lisle is excited about Saturday's visit. Another thing also has him excited as he picked up his first scholarship offer.

"I was offered by Cincinnati," said Lisle. "I spoke with one of their coaches and he told me they were going to offer me so I'm excited about getting my first offer."

Irish Eyes will check back with Lisle about his visit later this weekend.
