Tide commitments respond

The University of Alabama will play LSU in the BCS National Championship January 9, 2012 in New Orleans, La. The Crimson Tide learned of the news Sunday evening. Several of the Tide's commitments talked about their future team playing in the rematch.

Chris Black: "I think they definitely deserved to get a chance a chance to compete for the national championship. They've proved it all year with the exception of a three point loss to the No. 1 team. It'll be exciting to watch."

Justin Taylor: "Let's play, that's all I can say. Payback is something else. I was too excited. I yelled out, 'Let's go! I'm ready.'"

Geno Smith: "It's going to be a great game. I hope we can win and get No. 14."

Bradley Bozeman: "I think that the two best teams are Bama and LSU by far. Who wants to see Oklahoma State get the mess beat out of them by LSU. I think Bama wins by at least a touchdown."

Reggie Ragland: "I love it now. Bama has a chance to redeem themselves. Now all they have to do is perform."

Adam Griffith: "They deserve to be in it. I am glad they are, and I think they are going to win it."

Brandon Greene: "I am just glad we get another chance to prove we are the best. Roll Tide."

O.J. Howard: "I am very glad for them [Alabama]. That is what they worked so hard for. Bama will win 28-14."
