Wyoming Offers Jordan

Seattle (Wash.) O'Dea cornerback Jayshawn Jordan talked about his new offer from Wyoming…

Seattle (Wash.) O'Dea cornerback Jayshawn Jordan picked up an offer from Wyoming earlier this week.

"Coach Kligis called me and let me know that they had a scholarship for me," said Jordan. "I am going to take an official visit there on January 21st."

The 5'10" 170lbs prospect had hoped that the Cowboys would offer, but didn't expect it to happen this soon.

"I have been talking to them and I thought I might get an offer," said Jordan. "I thought they wanted to get me down there first."

In addition to Wyoming, there are a couple of northwest programs taking a look at Jordan.

"I have been hearing from a few schools," said Jordan. "Idaho, Montana and Washington State have been talking to me."

Jordan, who held an offer from WSU early in the process, would be open to looking at the Cougars again.

"I actually just talked to the new staff, they are also recruiting Sam Flor from my school," said Jordan.
