Brandon Hill to visit three SEC schools

Brandon Hill is still committed to Alabama and he will be on their campus this weekend, but he plans to take two more visits after that.

"Brandon Hill is still committed to Alabama, but he does plan to visit Mississippi State and Ole Miss too. He will be at Alabama this weekend, then Mississippi State, and then Ole Miss these next three weekends," said St. George's Head Coach Brent Hill.

Even though Hill has other visits scheduled, Coach Hill sees his senior prospect as a solid Alabama commitment.

"Brandon and I talk about this stuff every other day and he has not given me any reason to think he is not an Alabama commitment. He just wants to see a couple of other schools to make sure of things. He still really likes Alabama."

Right before the Christmas break, new Ole Miss Head Coach Hugh Freeze got the Rebels' foot in the door for the 6-foot-5, 352 pound offensive lineman out of Tennessee.

"Coach Freeze came up and met with Brandon and his mother, and he made a big impression. Ole Miss was not even on Brandon's list, so he did something right. Brandon is going to visit them the last weekend in January to see what it is like there."

For now, Alabama is still in position to land Hill, but two other SEC programs are trying to change his mind.
