Hill officially ends the process

Brandon Hill left his home in Tennessee for Tuscaloosa with the plan to visit three SEC schools over the next three weekend. He left Tuscaloosa on Sunday with a change of plans.

"I am not visiting Ole Miss or Mississippi State any longer," Brandon Hill told Scout Sunday afternoon. "I spent the weekend at Alabama and I know I am going there, so why should I visit any other school? It is all 'Roll Tide' for me and I am completely done with the process."

After spending 48 hours in Tuscaloosa, Hill did not need to see anything else.

"I know now that I am going to Alabama and nothing is going to change my mind, so there is no reason to visit any other schools. They can offer a scholarship to someone else because I know I am going to spend the next four years at Alabama."

He likes the plan Nick Saban has in place for him and how he will get beter daily just going against his teammates.

"It is like Coach Saban has already built Rome at Alabama. I will go against the best every day and that is what I want. Anyone that plays in the SEC is dreaming about playing in the NFL, and I feel I get the best opportunity to make that dream come true at Alabama.

"Coach Saban told me that I can help him and that he can help me. We talked about football, academics, and all of that, and Alabama is the best place for me."

It was easy to hear the excitement in Hill's voice when speaking to him on Sunday. Alabama has him excited and his blood may have already changed to crimson.

"I am excited man," said the 6-foot-5, 352 pound offensive lineman out of Colliersville, Tn. "Alabama is the best of the best and I am going there. It feels great to have this recruiting process behind me completely now and to think I will be at Alabama playing next year is something I cannot describe."
