Pedro Sibiea is wavering on his commitment to Louisville after making an official visit to Minnesota this weekend. Though the two-star defensive lineman from Homestead, Fla., says his commitment to Charlie Strong's Cardinals is "soft," Sibiea stated his intention to remain in the Louisville's column for now.

"I think it (Minnesota) was the best visit I've been on so far," Sibiea said. "Out of the three I've been on this one had to be the best one. Minnesota was great."

Though Sibiea is re-thinking his decision, he made clear to InsideTheVille.com that he remains committed to Louisville and hasn't switched his commitment to Minnesota.

"It would have to be switched to soft because Minnesota opened my eyes to a few things," Sibiea said about his commitment to Louisville. "Minnesota has a lot of great perks, so there are a lot of things I have to take into consideration. Even though I'm committed to Louisville Minnesota has a lot to offer. I'm taking the whole week to think about it all."

What stood out to Sibiea about Minnesota?

"The thing that stood out is the alumni," Sibiea said. "It's a great school and right after college there are people that help you. So you're not going to struggle to find a job because the people in that area (help). The stadium was great, the locker room was great. Everything was great about Minnesota."

Sibiea said he spoke with Charlie Strong Thursday before visiting Minnesota and said he's planning to contact the Louisville coach soon.

"He just told me to enjoy myself. He wasn't pressuring me, he told me to think about it," Sibiea said. "He was telling me that Louisville is a great school and if I'm still with Louisville after I get back (from Minnesota) to just holler at them. I do have some questions comparing Louisville and Minnesota. When I get home I'll probably give Coach Strong a call and ask him these questions."

The 6'3, 275-pound Sibiea said he intends to announce his final decision on national signing day.

"It's going to come down to three - Louisville, Minnesota and Cincinnati," Sibiea said. "(I'm going to announce on) signing day. My mother lives in the Virgin Islands and she sent me up here to get into a great school and become something in life."
