"I feel like we all need to get our speed up," said Cain. "We definitely need to be on the weights.
"There are a couple of workouts we are adding this summer that should help us going into this season."
Cain put together a huge junior season, but he believes he is capable of even more this fall.
"I am going to start running track this year to get my speed up," said Cain. "I am going to stay in the weight room a lot, so I can be even stronger this year."
College recruiters have requested tape of Cain in action, but so far an in state program appears to be the most interested.
"Mississippi State is sending me the most mail right now," said Cain. "I am going to be going to some junior days and I am looking forward to that."
Cain has a good idea about what he is looking for when decision time comes.
"I am looking to get a good education and a find a good football program where I fit in," explained Cain. "I am going to try to play running back in college.
"I just like getting the ball and making plays.
"I can play offense or defense, but I like having the ball in my hands."
