Harris hauls in two big offers

Richmond (VA) Varina's Tim Harris hauls in two big offers.

Tim Harris has elevated his status today receiving two big offers from Ohio State and Michigan. He is off to a solid campaign adding to Tennessee, Virginia and Virginia Tech.

"I was just stunned and speechless," said the 6-foot-2, 170-pound safety.

Michigan's Jerry Montgomery and Ohio State's Zach Smith passed through Varina in Richmond, Va., this past week. While Harris felt elated over his offers, he has yet to finalize any junior day visits; however, the two in-state schools have definitely made the list.

"I am going to Tech and UVa for sure, I don't yet know the dates and I don't know where else right now."

Harris' teammates Maurice Canady and Tyrell Chavis signed their Letter of Intent to UVa for the class of 2012. For the latest in college football recruiting news, keep it logged on to FOX Sports NEXT.
